I built OCF to be the kind of place where people can do difficult things without feeling judged for where they are starting. It is a strength-and-conditioning gym, but the real product is confidence, capability, and a community that refuses to let people give up on themselves.

Shred Kulture is where I turn what I have learned through coaching, nutrition, transformation, and bodybuilding into practical education people can use in their own lives. It is built to empower people—not make them dependent on another quick fix.
APPAREL IN DEVELOPMENT
Jammy began with the way I want clothes to feel: comfortable, expressive, connected to nature, and easy to live in. I am developing the patterns, materials, construction, and fit before treating it like a finished product.
